We’re a community of cycling enthusiasts who share the same passion for riding — no matter your level or how many kilometers are in your legs. For us, camaraderie comes before competition, and espresso always comes before elitism. In fact, we’re probably more impressed if you order cake with your coffee — because that’s what cycling is really about.
If you’re looking for a break from the everyday, whether it’s your first tour or your fifteenth, we guarantee a fantastic experience filled with great memories. Our tours aren’t rigid or overly structured — we believe spontaneity and the occasional surprise add to the adventure. That’s why we give you the freedom to ride at your own pace, with as much or as little support as you need.
For those seeking something more competitive, we also offer tours to the Gran Fondo World Championships Finals. With over 10 years of experience supporting riders at these events, we provide everything a racer needs — at a reasonable cost. And for non-riders, we offer day tour options so everyone can soak up the atmosphere, explore the culture, and be part of the excitement.

Since 2003, Discovery Cycling Tours has been creating unforgettable European cycling holidays, inspired by a love for the food, culture, and stunning countryside.
Your tour leader, Bill Gordin — World and Australian Champion cyclist — brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to every trip, ensuring guests enjoy not just the ride, but the full European adventure.
We keep our groups small, usually a maximum of 10 guests, so tours remain flexible and personal. This allows us to move easily with bikes and explore more of each destination. Custom tours, however, can be tailored for larger groups if required.
Most itineraries include stays in 2–3 different regions, giving guests the chance to truly immerse themselves in local towns, culture, and traditions. Time permitting, we also organize visits to iconic places like Venice, Verona, Como, Siena, Pisa, and Florence. And if there’s a pro race nearby, you’ll even get the chance to catch a stage or two live.
Our tours cater to all abilities — whether you’re a seasoned rider or prefer a gentler pace. We do recommend some training before your trip to make the most of each day’s rides, but there’s always shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing if you’d prefer a break from the bike.
